AI search visibility
AI search visibility, built on clear and credible information.
Generative engine optimisation (GEO) starts with information that search and AI systems can reach, understand and trust. We review how AI-assisted search describes your business and improve what you control. Inclusion and recommendations cannot be guaranteed.

Tools we work with
Who it’s for
Is this right for you?
For businesses whose customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI features which provider to choose, and who want those answers to describe them accurately.
Scope
What we can help with.
The exact scope is agreed in your proposal.
Visibility review
We check how AI-assisted search describes your business for the questions that matter to you, and record what we observe and when. Answers change, so we treat them as observations, not rankings.
Access for search crawlers
Important pages must be reachable and readable without scripts getting in the way. Search crawler access is separate from permission to train AI models; we review both settings with you rather than opening everything.
Consistent facts
Your services, areas, contact details and business identity should say the same thing on your website, Google Business Profile and the directories that matter.
Evidence and sources
AI answers lean on credible sources. We help you publish evidence you can stand behind: work you can show, reviews shown with permission and credentials you actually hold.
Structured data that matches the page
Organization, Service and FAQ markup only where it reflects what visitors can see. No special AI markup or llms.txt file is required for Google’s AI features.

Questions
Questions before we start.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT or Google will recommend us?
No. Nobody can guarantee inclusion or recommendations. We improve the information and evidence you control and record what changes.
Is AI search visibility different from SEO?
It builds on the same foundations: crawlable pages, clear content and credible evidence. The difference is in what we review and how we describe progress.
Do we need an llms.txt file?
Google says no special files or markup are required to appear in its AI features (Google Search Central (opens in a new tab)).
Should we block or allow AI crawlers?
It depends on your goals. Search crawlers and training crawlers are controlled separately; OpenAI, for example, documents OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot as different bots (OpenAI documentation (opens in a new tab)).
Let’s discuss your next priorities.
