- Small changes: up to 3 requests a month, 30 minutes in total
- Support by email, kept together in your project record (Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm UK time). We aim to send a first reply within 2 working days. This is a target for a first reply, not a time to fix or deliver
- Editor (CMS): Essential includes the website editor: you change text, headings and button labels, your own photos and alt text, and arrange sections with drag and drop within the components your site allows. Until your editor login is handed over, send changes by email; they are kept together in your project record.

Monthly renewals start after the prepaid three months, counted from the agreed go-live date. No renewal is taken while your design is still in progress. Three calendar months, not 90 days; the exact renewal date is confirmed with your go-live date. If your website goes live on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month, your first monthly payment is due on the 1st of the month after your first three calendar months end, and each later monthly payment on the 1st. No monthly payment is taken before your first three months end. The day your bank actually pays can move because of bank working days.
Renting, cancelling, refund
- You rent the website build for as long as the rental runs. Buka Web Agency hosts, maintains and keeps it working. Rental payments do not buy the website build or transfer ownership to you. Your domain and the content you supply remain yours.
- To cancel, email us at least 7 days before your next renewal date. That renewal and all later ones then stop, and your website stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel less than 7 days before a renewal, your cancellation takes effect from the renewal after it: the renewal that is due is still payable, and your website stays live until the end of that period. If you cancelled in time and a payment for a later period is still taken (for example because it had already been sent to your bank), you do not owe it and we refund it in full.
- If a monthly payment fails, we tell you in writing. If it is still unpaid 14 days after that notice, we may suspend your website temporarily. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the notice, the rental ends.
- If you are not happy with the three design directions, ask within 14 days of receiving them and before approving one, and the first payment for your package is refunded in full.
- When the rental ends the website is taken down at the end of the paid period. The build and source files are not transferred automatically. Third-party licences stay subject to their own terms.
After payment
After payment you complete a short brief (you can stop and come back). We then prepare three design directions; you choose one and we build one website from it. Target: three design directions within 3 working days of a complete brief and materials. Target Nothing goes live until you approve it. The first round of changes to the design direction you choose is included. Each further round costs £49 and covers up to 60 minutes of work in total. Your editor login is handed over together with your website when it goes live.

Next, GoCardless opens its secure page: you pay the first £147 and set up the Direct Debit for £49/month, which starts three calendar months after your website goes live. GoCardless then brings you back here. Buka Web Agency does not see your full bank details.
